Please read it carefully
Dear Parents,
Thank you for choosing Brazil Kidz Football for your child’s football development. We understand how important it is to trust those who guide and teach your children, and we are committed to treating every player with the respect and care they deserve. Your feedback is always welcome—please feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss the sessions further.
A quick note: If your concern involves the behavior of other children on the pitch, we kindly ask that you contact me directly by phone or in person rather than via text or email. This ensures your feedback is heard and addressed properly.
To help your child get the most out of their time with us, please review the following guidelines:
Communication & Attendance
- WhatsApp is our primary group communication tool for reminders, weather cancellations, and other updates. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, SMS notifications are available for an additional fee. Please let us know if you’d like to arrange this.
- Parents must confirm attendance via WhatsApp on the day, as player numbers affect session planning.
- Players should arrive 10 minutes before class in full uniform to allow time for preparation (e.g., filling water bottles, putting on boots, and warming up).
Safety & Focus
- No phones, watches, toys, or distractions are allowed on the field.
- No Jewelry for safety reasons.
- Long hair must be tied to avoid hazards for the player and others.

Properly fitted footwear is essential for your child’s performance and safety during training. Shoes that are too large hinder ball control, increase injury risk, and negatively impact motor skill development. Players must wear the correct size—ill-fitting shoes (especially oversized ones) will disadvantage your child on the field. If cost is a concern, affordable options (including quality used boots) are widely available online.
Expectations & Conduct
- Football requires practice beyond weekly sessions. Players should work on skills in their free time and stay focused during training.
- Please inform us of any neurodiversity, special needs, or challenges your child may have so we can support them. Bullying is not tolerated. We strive to maintain an inclusive, respectful environment.
- Players who repeatedly disregard behavior or dress codes may have their enrollment revoked.
Weather & Cancellations
- Sessions proceed in light rain but are canceled for heavy rain or lightning.
- If classes are canceled due to weather, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll attempt a virtual session (e.g., exercises, quizzes, or games). Virtual sessions cannot exceed 30% of the term—if they do, credits will roll over to the next term.
Liability & Media
- Football is a contact sport, and injuries may occur. Brazil Kidz Football and its coaches are not liable for injuries unless due to negligence.
- Photos/videos from sessions may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer your child not be featured, please let us know.
Payments & Refunds
- Fees must be paid within one week after payment links are made available through group chat, unless a payment plan is agreed upon. Late payments incur a 10% fee.
- Refunds are only granted under exceptional circumstances (holidays do not qualify).
Encouragement for Club Football
- We highly recommend players join local clubs when the season begins, as competitive matches are invaluable for skill and character development. At this stage, we do not regularly organise external games.

If your child is a new student on the Steps 1, Steps 2 or Skill 1 program on Fridays, the uniform is compulsory.

We accept the NSW Active Kids Voucher, which provides $50 per semester toward your child’s participation.
